These are prints of my original gouache watercolor painting, "Arches."

I love to paint New York City from the perspective of plants, and had to recreate the "swoop" of leaves bisecting the arch at Washington Square Park. This park is one of my favorite places in the city. People from every walk of life gather to meet, listen to live music, and make art. I painted this scene on location over the course of two sweltering days in August.
